Terrible product and customer service.

This app did not work despite having the requisite iPhone model (5) and the newest OS. After trying this app in every mode (email/Dropbox/etc) and every quality (low/med/high), and uninstalling and reinstalling several times the app still would not work. Just froze and kicked me back to the home screen every time I hit record. Was NEVER able to use. "Customer service" simply asked me a serious of silly questions regarding the steps I mentioned above (who doesnt think to try restarting their phone first before emailing a long winded email to the company?) and refused to refund the money spent on an app that never worked. The app and the customer service department wasted a lot of my time -- my suggestion is dont make the same mistake and dont waste your money on this app. (I only have 1 star because there is no 0)
